We are pleased to share with you our achievements in the field of safety precautions and environment protection by March 6, 2020:

• 2 million man-hours without injuries with the loss of working days (LWD).
• 1.8 million kilometers without traffic accidents.
• 1340 of completed hazard identification and risk assessment cards since the program was launched in October 2019.
• 950 completed security audits in 2019 at the facility.
• Decrease in registered security breaches in the second half of 2019 by 49%.

50% reduction in ELC violations in the second half of 2019. 

On February 27, the annual awards ceremony of the best employees was held at AtyrauEnergoTechService. Along with TCO representatives, AETS congratulates Marsyukov Vladislav, Dmitry Medvedev, Gilmanov Rassul, Utegenov Utezhan, Azhibaev Dauren, Bayzakhov Manrbek, Bazarbayev Azamat, Doskaliyev Serikbol, Dossov Bauyrzhan, Sakhipedenov Baubek, Moldir Kulmyrza and Gulzhan Umirbayeva, and sends them to a deserved rest to Egypt and Turkey! Moreover, the most distinguished employees for 2019 were awarded 63 valuable prizes, including fitness bracelets, wireless headphones and corporate gifts. On November 3, 2019, a quarterly lottery was held as part of the AETS-2020 corporate program, during which 20 valuable prizes were acted out including electronics and household appliances. Congratulations to the lucky ones and good luck in the next lottery to all employees! 

 AETS along with its employees held a charity event for 22 low-income families in Kulsary. Such a commitment to charity work demonstrates not only one-time actions, but also reflects a corporate spirit of our company, which has voluntary social projects and most importantly – the employees, whose work strengthens the achievements of the entire team.

 By June 9, 2019, employees of «AtyrauEnergoTechService» had accomplished 1 million man-hours without injuries with the loss of working days (LWD). Such a significant achievement in safety precautions is the result of the joint efforts of all employees, who are committed and strive to work in a safe environment. This is also considered as an important achievement taking into account the amount of work and the number of personnel involved into the project “Design, Logistics and Construction of Permanent Fiber Optic Communication Lines for FGP-WPMP”. We thank all our employees for support and commitment to ensuring production safety!

Nauryz in Kazakhstan symbolizes the renewal of nature, friendship and love. On this day, people go to visit their relatives and friends and share good wishes with them. On March 22, on the day of the national holiday Nauryz, the team of Atyrauenergotechservice LLP arranged a celebration for its employees in the best Kazakh traditions. Amazing national clothes and abundance of traditional cuisine significantly contributed to the creation of special holiday atmosphere.

On March 10, 2019, as a part of the AETS-2020 corporate program, Atyrauenergotechservice LLP held a quarterly Lottery among employees with many valuable prizes, such as TVs, 12 certificates to a home appliances store and 12 certificates to a cosmetic store. Lotteries were held in two standard nominations for the company. The first one is “For loyalty” and the second one is “Best of the best”. The employees expressed their gratitude to the company and mentioned that they are looking forward to the next Lottery.

In November 2018, as a part of summarizing the results of the first phase of the HP Early Oil project, a team trip to Egypt was presented to our employees. The winners shared their impressions and words of gratitude to Atyrauenergotechservice LLP. We can also observe their wonderful emotions from bright photos from the most famous sights of this country. Atyrauenergotechservice LLP always cares about its employees and tries to make their daily lives brighter.

Management of “Tengizchevroil” LLP awarded our employees with certificates of honor for their professionalism and high level of work within the framework of the Future Growth Project - Wellhead Pressure Management Project. The awards were given for the following employees:

 - Baytikova Aishat, was awarded for her enthusiasm in the performance of her duties in managing aspects of ELC.

- Gulzhan Umirbayeva, was awarded for her commitment to the implementation of ELC and for the high-quality and effective development of presentation material and conducting various trainings and inspections on the working site.

- Yerbol Suleimenov, received an award for the participation in designing the logo of the project “Collection System”.

Also, the representatives of TCO appreciated the commitment of the employees of Atyrauenergotechservice LLP to their work and their high competence.

Increasing international competition makes it more and more crucial to increase company’s productivity levels. 2018 was the beginning of the digitalization of all oprational processes in the activity for “Atyrauenergotechservice” LLP. One striking example was the partnership with Siemens to integrate the “digital twin of the entire operating cycle - COMOS”. The standard COMOS data platform provides equipment engineers, plant personnel, and company management and decision partners with a continuous data stream that meets their specific needs throughout the project.

It provides a globally integrated software solution concept.

Charity is an integral part of the activity of “Atyrauenergotechservice” LLP. After receiving a letter from the state institution “Regional Children's Village of a Family Type and Youth House”, “Atyrauenergotechservice” LLP, without delay provided assistance to children in the form of purchasing clothes and shoes. We are always happy to be useful for children in need.

 In November 2018, in Zhylyoi district, Atyrau region, “Atyrauenergoteсhservice” LLP together with the management of “Tengizchevroil” LLP, as a part of summarizing the results of the first phase of the HP Early Oil project, thanked the staff for their hard work, solidarity and dedication to the company. The most distinguished 40 employees were awarded honorary prizes and certificates. Rewarding was in such nominations as “IIF CHAMPIONS”, “For honesty” and “For excellence”. The main gift was a team trip to Egypt for 10 people recognized as heroes of the HP Early Oil project; the winners were specialists of various categories - drivers, electricians, office specialists and managers.

In the modern world, it is difficult for a person with disabilities to find a job with a stable income. Thus, “Atyraenergoteсhservice” LLP, within the framework of its social project, gave the opportunity for Uteyev Dulat, disabled of the third group, to become a full-fledged employee in our large and friendly team. Due to the absence of a part of the arm, “Atyrauenergoteсhservice” LLP acquired a special prosthesis, as well as provided the qualified specialist for the installation of this prosthesis. At the moment, Uteyev Dulat, has been trained and for 6 months is the operator of HDD, has a competitive salary and successfully performs his work.

From November 2018, “Atyrauenergotechservice” LLP, in the framework of the corporate program “AETS-2020”, will hold quarterly lotteries with the raffle of valuable prizes. So, on November 4, 2018, the first raffle were held, in the lottery “The Best of the Best”, the winners were Kleshov J.E., Zhamankulov A.T., Irsariev R.N. and others, in the lottery “For loyalty”, the winners were Tursynov B.T., Bisheev Zh.A., Urkeshev T.N. and other. The winners received such prizes as household appliances, certificates for the purchase of household appliances, certificates to bookstores and perfumery shops. In total, 29 employees of “Atyrauenergotechservice” LLP became  winners.
